Product Description
- The release agent E-WELD Shield is used in metal processing to protect the surfaces of the bars of plasma cutting systems and laser cutting systems.
- The water-based mixture with ceramic protection prevents slag from sticking and sticking to the webs of the cutting systems during CNC laser and plasma cutting.
- The use of E-WELD makes the removal of the slag much easier and thus lowers the operating costs of the systems.
- Because the workpieces lie smoothly on the clean webs, quality assurance during the cutting work is considerably improved.
- E-WELD Shield can be applied to the bars using a spray gun with an opening diameter of at least 1.8 mm, using a lambskin roller or alternatively with the AUTRASYS compressed air spray system.
- E-WELD Shield is offered in a 10 kg plastic canister.
