Product Description
- Elastometer expansion joints with malleable cast iron connections - PN 16
- Design - elastic, compression-moulded rubber bellows, synthetic fibre reinforcement, with screwed connections on both sides
- Materials -
- Bellows - EPDM (resistant to hot water, acids and alkalis)
- Threaded connections - malleable cast iron, electrogalvanised, flat gasket - aramid NBR
- Operating pressure - 16 bar (up to +60°C), 10 bar (up to +100°C), 6 bar (up to +110°C),
- Burst pressure - 50 bar, vacuum 0.05 bar abs. (For intermittent loading, the max. operating pressure should be set approx. 30% lower)
- Temperature range - up to max. +110°C (depending on operating pressure)
- Length - 187 to 239 mm
- Width across flats 1 - 75 mm
- Width across flats 2 - 47 and 54 mm
- Passage size - 32 and 40 mm
