Product Description
- The Grindbox Mobile is used for large-scale dust-generating work processes where conventional extraction bonnets are not sufficient.
- It is used in workshops, craft businesses and industrial manufacturing processes where grinding, polishing, sanding, milling and filling are carried out.
- Their use is particularly advantageous wherever flexible workplace solutions are required and large quantities of dust need to be reliably captured and separated.
- The optionally available explosion-proof fans and motors in accordance with ATEX Ex II 3 D also enable use with combustible dusts.
- The system can also be connected to exhaust air systems or heat exchangers.
- The Grindbox Mobil is a mobile extraction wall specially designed for dust-generating machining processes such as grinding, polishing, sanding, milling and filling.
- A sound-insulated high-performance fan generates a wide air flow that captures the dust directly at the point of origin and extracts it through the filter wall.
- Here, antistatic filter cartridges ensure the safe separation of hazardous dusts of dust class M in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69.
- Automatic compressed air filter cleaning ensures constant suction performance.
- The compact design on swivel castors allows maximum flexibility on site, while the removable dust collection drawers ensure easy emptying.
