Product Description
- The M D371B blind hole machine tap is suitable for cutting metric ISO threads in hard materials such as HARDOX steels. It is also suitable for all components subject to wear, mainly in the construction industry, such as HARDOX 450, HARDOX 500 as well as XAR 320 and XAR 400 and similar materials.
- The M D371B tap is made of HSS-E-PM and TiAlN-coated. HSS-E-PM extends the tool life and enables a significantly higher cutting speed. The tap cuts metric ISO threads in accordance with DIN 13 and has the chamfer form A (6-8 threads), ISO2 6 H tolerance, a straight flute and a 2 x D through and blind hole.
