Product Description
- The styrene-free vinyl ester hybrid mortar is ideally suited for fastening in cracked and non-cracked concrete and masonry as well as for reinforcement connections.
- Unlike the FIS V Plus, the FIS VW Plus can be used at lower temperatures and hardens faster.
- The High Speed Injection Mortar FIS VW Plus is a 2-component injection mortar based on vinylester hybrid. The resin and the hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated in the static mixer.
- The mortar is injected from the bottom of the borehole without bubbles and fully bonds the fastener to the borehole wall. In addition, the mortar seals the borehole.
- Injection is carried out gently using a Fischer squeezing device. By changing the static mixer, opened cartridges can be easily reused.
- Thanks to the multiple approvals (ETA, DIBt, ICC), the FIS VW Plus High Speed injection mortar offers safe, universal application with a service life of 100 years - even in adverse environmental and weather conditions.
- The scope of delivery includes a cartridge with 360 ml content and two FIS MR Plus static mixers.
