Product Description
- The manifold for central heating systems is used in heating systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings to distribute the heat transfer medium from a single heat source to several distribution or control units. The fixed point distribution and control unit can be used flexibly both in traditional radiator systems and in modern panel heating systems. It can also be installed in combination with both boilers and heat pumps. The distribution and control unit for central heating systems also ensures that heating or air conditioning systems are supplied with a heat transfer medium.
- For operation in different user zones with a single heat source, an optimum zone division is made possible by mounting several distributor units on a distributor for central heating systems.
- Distribution units are ideal components for optimising a central heating system, both in terms of the energy efficiency of the system and the operation and maintenance of the system.
- The fixed-point distribution and control unit is more complex than simple direct distributors. It ensures the supply of a heat transfer fluid from a primary side to a secondary side. In low-temperature surface heating systems, it maintains the fluid temperature at the set value. The flow temperature can be set manually between 20°C and 70°C using the thermostat controller.
- The small distance of 90 mm between the flow and return allows for an extremely compact installation.
- The direct manifold is supplied with an EPP insulated housing, a wall bracket, a ball valve for shutting off on the primary side, a ball valve for shutting off on the secondary side with thermometers and a high-efficiency circulation pump.
- The positioning of the components within the thermal insulation shell can be changed, allowing the flow and return to be reversed during installation.
