Product Description
The mounted point is suitable for fine grinding on surfaces and components made of hardened and tempered steel and titanium and for producing a fine surface finish on workpieces made of highly heat-resistant and high-temperature alloys. It is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders.
Description
The mounted point has a hard and stable bond (LR) with white aluminium oxide as the abrasive. A good stock removal rate is achieved with a long service life; the best results are achieved with the mounted point at a cutting speed of 15 to 20 m/s.
For safety reasons, the maximum permissible speed must not be exceeded.
