Product Description
  • The high-performance mortar FIS V Plus is a universal all-rounder for the highest requirements. It is ideal for steel structures, wood structures, railings, facades, stairs, steel brackets, machinery, masts, awnings, canopies, gates, brackets, piping, grids, satellite dishes.
  • The FIS V Plus is approved for concrete C20/25 to C50/60, cracked and non-cracked, lightweight concrete hollow block, concrete hollow block, vertically perforated brick, perforated lime sand brick, solid lime sand brick, aerated concrete and solid brick. Furthermore, the FIS V Plus is used with the approved system components for reinforcement connections, the fischer VBS 8 facing anchor, the fischer FWS II weather shell renovation system and the fischer TherMax spacer assembly system.
  • Thanks to the approved use in the water-filled borehole, a wide range of applications is made possible, even in adverse environmental conditions.
  • The grout is injected from the bottom of the borehole without bubbles.
Application
  • The high-performance mortar FIS V Plus offers maximum load-bearing capacity for significantly greater safety. Its approved service life of 100 years provides lasting safety for all applications. Thanks to the possible installation temperature of -10° to 40°C, year-round processing of the universal mortar is possible.
  • FIS V Plus is a styrene-free 2-component injection mortar based on vinylester hybrid.
  • The two components, resin and hardener, are stored separately and are not mixed and activated until they are pressed out in the static mixer.
  • The mortar bonds the fastener to the borehole wall over the entire surface and seals the borehole.
  • The cartridges are processed quickly and with minimum effort using the fischer squeeze-out equipment. The opened cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer.
