Product Description
- The styrene-free vinyl ester hybrid mortar is ideally suited for fastening in cracked and non-cracked concrete and masonry as well as for reinforcement connections.
- Unlike the FIS V Plus, the FIS VW Plus can be used at lower temperatures and cures faster.
- The FIS VW Plus is approved for reinforcement connections, the VBS 8 facing anchor, the FWS II weather shell rehabilitation system and the TherMax spacer mounting system.
- High Speed Injection Mortar FIS VW Plus is a 2-component injection mortar based on vinylester hybrid. The resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated in the static mixer.
- The mortar is injected from the bottom of the borehole without bubbles and bonds the fastener to the borehole wall over the entire surface. In addition, the mortar seals the borehole.
- Injection is carried out gently with a Fischer squeezing device. By changing the static mixer, opened cartridges can be easily reused.
- Thanks to the wide range of approvals (ETA, DIBt, ICC), FIS VW Plus High Speed Injection Mortar offers safe, universal application with a service life of 100 years - even in adverse environmental and weather conditions.
