Product Description
- The LIQUAMAT DL is used to extract cooling lubricants, oils, sludge, swarf and a wide variety of other liquids produced during machine cleaning and manufacturing processes.
- It is ideal for cleaning and maintaining machining centres, milling machines, lathes, grinding machines and other machine tools.
- Thanks to its compact design and mobile application range, the LIQUAMAT DL can be used flexibly in production halls and workshops.
- The large number of variants enables optimum adaptation to a wide range of industrial applications and operating conditions.
- The LIQUAMAT DL extraction trolley is a robust oil and chip extractor specially designed for problematic, flammable and aggressive liquids.
- Thanks to the integrated oil mist filter system, not only are liquids and chips efficiently separated, but even the finest oil mist is reliably separated.
- The container is emptied conveniently by switching from suction air to compressed air, which significantly simplifies the work process.
- A hinged door makes it particularly easy to clean the container.
- The LIQUAMAT DL is completely maintenance-free and available in different capacities up to 1,000 litres.
