Product Description
- The LIQUAMAT WS is used for machine cleaning where emulsions, oils, lubricants, swarf and sludge need to be extracted and separated.
- Typical areas of application are machining centres, turning, milling and grinding machines, where liquids and chips are collected and disposed of simultaneously.
- The LIQUAMAT WS is therefore ideal for mobile use in workshops, manufacturing plants and production halls with changing machine stands.
- It is suitable for extracting cooling lubricants, oils, sludge, swarf and other liquids of all kinds.
- The compact LIQUAMAT WS oil and chip vacuum cleaner is characterised by its flexible range of applications for liquids and solids.
- Thanks to its compact and flexible design, the device can be easily positioned at different locations.
- The extracted materials are efficiently separated, with liquids being emptied via an integrated electric pump and solids being collected in the collection container.
- Depending on the version, a swing-open door on the LIQUAMAT-400-WS and easy cleaning without a door on the LIQUAMAT-200-WS allow convenient access to the container.
