Product Description
- The MCP-16RC Air Purification Tower is a compact cartridge filter for indoor installation for decentralised air purification where air recirculation is possible.
- The tower is suitable for extracting dust, combustible dust, vapours and smoke in workshops.
- The filter is supplied as a compact unit with fan module.
- The air is sucked in and cleaned at floor level and distributed back into the room via nozzles at the top of the filter.
- The filter is supplied ready to use (Plug&Play).
- The control unit, fan and control cabinet are completely pre-wired to each other electrically; only the power supply and mechanical installation need to be carried out on site.
- The filter cartridges are made of degradable material and are automatically cleaned by an efficient compressed air system with low energy consumption.
- Cleaning is activated by an integrated differential pressure measurement.
- The base frame with dust discharge hopper and collection container is on castors.
- The 37-litre tank with pressure equalisation hose and filter housing with suction opening at the bottom opens and closes automatically.
- The fan in the sound-insulating housing is mounted on the filter module.
- The air outlet nozzle block on the fan module is fitted with 60 air outlet nozzles.
- The MCP-16RC is extremely easy to maintain thanks to the following features: front arrangement at operator height of the cleaning valves, the compressed air tank and the filter cartridges, easy-to-empty dust container.
