Product Description
- The MCP-16RC Air Purification Tower is a cartridge filter designed for indoor installation and for decentralised air purification in areas where air recirculation is permitted. The unit is suitable for capturing dust, fumes and smoke in workshops.
- The filter is supplied as a compact unit with a fan module. Air is drawn in at floor level, passed through the filter unit and then returned to the room via nozzles in the upper section.
- The control unit, fan and control cabinet are pre-wired electrically at the factory. The power supply and mechanical installation must be carried out on site.
- The filter cartridges are automatically cleaned by a compressed air system. The cleaning process is controlled by an integrated differential pressure sensor.
- The base frame, featuring a dust discharge hopper and collection container, is fitted with castors. The 37-litre dust container is fitted with a pressure-equalising hose. The filter housing has a suction opening at the bottom.
- The fan is housed in a sound-insulated casing and is mounted on the filter module. The discharge nozzle block on the fan module is fitted with 60 discharge nozzles.
- For maintenance work, the cleaning valves, the compressed air tank and the filter cartridges are located at the front at operating height. The dust container can be removed for emptying.
