Product Description
- The MICROIL is used to detect oil mist and emulsion mist produced during machining processes such as turning, milling, grinding and drilling.
- It is suitable for direct connection to individual machines in metalworking and in workshop-related production areas where a compact design and efficient air purification are required.
- Thanks to its flexible installation options, the MICROIL can be easily integrated into existing production environments.
- It can be used in both manual and industrial applications with varying particle and chip concentrations.
- The oil mist filter therefore makes a significant contribution to ensuring indoor air quality and process safety.
- The compact MICROIL oil mist filter works with a two-stage main filter process consisting of a coalescence pre-filter and a cellulose main filter.
- Thanks to its separation efficiency of 99.9% for particles larger than 0.2 µm, it ensures highly efficient cleaning of the exhaust air, which can be completely returned to the working area, thus preventing heat loss.
- The space-saving design enables direct installation on the machine tool so that the separated oil can be fed back into the process immediately if required.
- Optional pre-filter stages for increased flying chips and a PTFE-coated H13 downstream filter for heavy smoke generation extend the range of applications.
- The integrated drive motor and fan make the MICROIL a low-maintenance, energy-efficient and versatile system.
