Product Description
- The Master Mould 100 ultrasonic cleaner is used in the plastic injection moulding industry for cleaning mould inserts.
- The product is aqueous and can thoroughly remove various contaminants such as plastic outgassing, plastic residues, grease, anti-corrosion agents or flash rust.
- The ultrasonic cleaner is particularly effective thanks to the anti-blacking agent. The active ingredient prevents certain types of steel from darkening during the cleaning process.
- The product is suitable for many materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
- Master Mould 100 is VOC-free and can be used in existing cleaning systems with oil separators because it demulsifies oil that has been introduced.
- Cleaning in circulation systems such as the hot water parts washer, the Bio-Circle Turbo and HP is not possible because the cleaner foams.
