Product Description
- The Master Mould 100 ultrasonic cleaner is used in the plastic injection moulding industry to clean mould inserts.
- The product is water-based and can thoroughly remove various contaminants such as plastic outgassing, plastic residues, greases, corrosion inhibitors or surface rust.
- The ultrasonic cleaner is particularly effective thanks to its anti-blackening agent. This agent prevents certain types of steel from darkening during the cleaning process.
- The product is suitable for a wide range of materials, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
- Master Mould 100 is VOC-free and can be used in existing cleaning systems fitted with oil separators, as it demulsifies trapped oil.
- Cleaning in recirculating systems, such as the hot-water parts washer, the Bio-Circle Turbo and HP, is not possible because the cleaner produces foam.
