Product Description
- The Master Mould 100 ultrasonic cleaner is suitable for cleaning mould inserts in the plastic injection moulding industry.
- Master Mould 100 is a water-based ultrasonic cleaner designed to remove contaminants such as plastic outgassing, plastic residues, greases, corrosion inhibitors and surface rust.
- The cleaner contains an anti-blackening agent which prevents certain types of steel from darkening during the cleaning process. Master Mould 100 is suitable for surfaces made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
- According to the manufacturer, the cleaner is VOC-free and can be used in cleaning systems fitted with oil separators. Entrained oil is demulsified, allowing it to be separated from the cleaning medium.
- Master Mould 100 is not suitable for recirculating systems such as hot-water parts washers or Bio-Circle Turbo and HP systems due to its foaming properties.
