Product Description
- the burr is suitable for use in industry, trade, tool and machine manufacturing and is used for fine machining, very fine fettling work, for corrections in tool and mould making and for sharpening cutting tools
- suitable for machining almost all materials up to 68 HRC
- Burr made of carbide with high surface quality in cylindrical shape and without face serration
- compared to mounted points, there are no changes in geometry due to wear and tear
- the "PFERDECONOMICS VibrationFilter" reduces the vibration acting on the user
- the "PFERDECONOMICS NoiseFilter" optimises noise development and thus reduces the risk of hearing damage
- the "PFERDECONOMICS HapticFilter" increases working comfort and allows effortless and fatigue-free working
- a drive power of 300 to 500 W is required in the upper speed range for the economical use of burrs with a shank diameter of 6 mm or more
- to avoid accidents and premature wear, only backlash-free clamping systems/drives should be used
