- Two-stage stepped plastic mixer for two-component mixing tasks where mixing is required and possible immediately prior to discharge
- Mixers of this design enable solvent-free processing as there is no need to clean the mixer, and they offer cost-effective operation.
- The mixer is secured using a union nut made of high-strength plastic.
- At higher pressures and temperatures above 40 °C, a metal protective casing must be fitted over the mixer for safety reasons.
- The mixer tip, with its multiple stepped sections, makes it easier to cut it to size precisely in order to increase the outlet diameter.
