Product Description
- The FILTERBLOC CARBO is used to capture and purify air in processes involving organic solvents, VOCs, adhesive vapours, paints, varnishes, resins and gaseous pollutants such as ammonia, hydrogen sulphide, hydrogen chloride and nitrogen oxides.
- It is suitable both for stand-alone extraction systems and for direct connection to machines or capture elements such as extraction arms, bonnets, hoppers or enclosures.
- Typical areas of application are manufacturing processes with general odour development as well as industrial production processes in which organic and inorganic pollutants must be safely removed from the room air.
- The FILTERBLOC CARBO odour filter is an effective extraction device for separating odours and gaseous pollutants using activated carbon or chemical adsorbents.
- Thanks to the high capture capacity and the high degree of adsorption, the cleaned air can in many cases be completely returned to the working area, which enables considerable energy savings.
- An integrated Z-Line pre-filter reliably protects the activated carbon from airborne dust and thus extends its service life.
- For particularly convenient and reliable monitoring, the FILTERBLOC CARBO can be optionally equipped with a VOC sensor for saturation control and infinitely variable suction power via a frequency converter.
- The FILTERBLOC CARBO is also optionally available as an ATEX version.
