Product Description
- The Paintbox Compact is used for wet painting, test painting and bonding work on small workpieces as well as in laboratory environments.
- It is also suitable for capturing aerosols and vapours during spraying, mixing and gluing.
- Thanks to its compact and flexible design, the system is ideally suited for both industrial production and manual applications.
- It ensures clean air wherever painting or spraying processes are carried out in confined spaces.
- The Paintbox Compact is a modular extraction wall that has been specially developed for painting and spraying work.
- It is made entirely of galvanised metal panels and equipped with a two-stage filter system consisting of a paper pre-filter and a fine glass fibre filter.
- The integrated activated carbon filter adsorbs gaseous pollutants and solvent vapours, ensuring a high level of air purity in the workplace.
- A spark-protected fan and optionally available EX-protected fans and motors in accordance with ATEX Ex II 2 G ensure maximum safety even in potentially explosive atmospheres.
- The compact design and the option of connecting to exhaust air systems or heat exchangers ensure flexible application options and low operating costs.
