Product Description
- The Paintbox Mobilplus is ideal for detecting paint mist, gases, vapours and odours in solvent-based applications.
- It is used wherever painting work, spraying applications or the handling of solvent-based substances takes place, especially in confined spaces or temporary workplaces.
- Typical areas of application are workshops, industrial production areas and test laboratories.
- The system is ideal for wet painting and paint spraying work on small to medium-sized workpieces.
- It ensures effective air purification even in the event of odour and vapour development. Thanks to its mobility, it can be flexibly integrated into existing processes.
- The Paintbox Mobilplus mobile extraction wall has a modular design, is made entirely of galvanised metal panels and is fitted with load-bearing side and partition walls.
- The intake front is equipped with a two-stage filter system consisting of a paper pre-filter and glass fibre fine filter, while a spark-protected fan ensures safe air flow.
- EX-protected fans and motors in accordance with ATEX Ex II 2 G as well as a connection option to exhaust air systems or heat exchangers offer maximum flexibility and safety.
- Thanks to its swivel castors, the Paintbox Mobilplus is particularly easy to move and quickly available at changing locations.
