Product Description
- Carbide burrs for universal applications are suitable for fine and coarse machining on the most important industrially used materials such as steel, cast steel, stainless steel (INOX), non-ferrous metals and cast iron.
- The cylindrical carbide burr is used in industry, trade, construction sites, etc. and is used for deburring, machining contours, chamfering and rounding edges, milling in preparation for welding, preparing and levelling welding seams, fettling castings and modifying geometries.
- The cylindrical carbide burr achieves a high and economical cutting performance and has a long tool life thanks to the optimised coordination of teeth, carbide and geometry.
- Thanks to precise concentricity, impact-free work without chatter marks is possible and the tool drive wears less.
- A drive power of 300 to 500 W is required in the upper speed range for the economical use of burrs with a shank diameter of 6 mm or more
- To avoid accidents and premature wear, only backlash-free clamping systems/drives should be used.
- Suitable tool drives are flexible shaft drives, straight grinders, robots and machine tools.
