Product Description
- The spherical burr with long shank is suitable for a wide range of milling applications in metalworking, such as deburring, machining contours, milling out or levelling weld seams in particularly hard-to-reach areas.
- The spherical carbide burr achieves a high and economical cutting performance and has a long tool life thanks to the optimised coordination of teeth, carbide and geometry.
- Thanks to precise concentricity, impact-free work without chatter marks is possible and the tool drive wears less.
- A drive power of 300 to 500 W is required in the upper speed range for the economical use of burrs with a shank diameter of 6 mm or more
- To avoid accidents and premature wear, only backlash-free clamping systems/drives should be used.
- Suitable tool drives are flexible shaft drives, straight grinders, robots and machine tools.
