- RUBBER mounted points are specially designed for universal use on soft materials such as rubber, plastic and wood.
- Areas of application include the removal of burrs on plastic injection-moulded parts, the trimming of moulded rubber parts and moulded parts made of polyurethane (PUR), the sanding of wooden cores and wooden moulds in model-making workshops and the roughening of a wide variety of glued joints (e.g. in conveyor belt and tyre repair).
- The ZY cylindrical shape is ideal for sanding radii, contours and deburring work.
- RUBBER mounted points have an open structure and large chip spaces thanks to hollow aluminium oxide and have a high sanding capacity.
- Machining of temperature-sensitive materials is possible without the addition of cooling lubricants thanks to large chip spaces.
- RUBBER mounted points achieve their best performance at a cutting speed of 5 to 20 m/s.
