- The oil-absorbent PIG® filter mat roll is suitable for use near gullies, pipes, drains, storage tanks, roll-off containers, vehicles and machinery where oil-contaminated liquids may be present.
- It can also be used as a flow-through filter for mop buckets and other containers containing oily water.
- Thanks to its UV resistance, the filter mat roll is suitable for outdoor use.
- The mat absorbs oil-based liquids and allows water to pass through.
- This means it can be used, amongst other things, at external drains and for filtering oil-contaminated rainwater.
- The filter mat roll is not intended for use on water, as it does not float.
- The oil-absorbent PIG® filter mat roll is made from a blend of polyester, nylon, polypropylene and Bico.
- The filter mat roll absorbs hydraulic fluid, engine oil and other oil-based liquids from water.
- Oily liquids are absorbed by the filter material, whilst water can flow through the mat.
