Product Description
- The Verderflex iDura10 is designed for demanding industrial applications in which abrasive, corrosive or shear-sensitive media must be conveyed or dosed precisely and reliably.
- It is typically used in water and wastewater technology, the chemical industry, paper and pulp production and food processing.
- As only the pump hose comes into contact with the medium, the iDura10 is particularly suitable for processes with critical or reactive liquids.
- The selection of compatible hose materials enables precise adaptation to the respective pumped medium: natural rubber for abrasive slurries, NBR for oily and organic liquids, food-grade NBRF for hygienic processes, EPDM for chemically aggressive media, CSM (Hypalon®) for highly corrosive substances.
- In combination with robust flange inserts made of stainless steel or chemical-resistant versions made of PP and PVDF, the iDura10 offers an extremely versatile, process-reliable solution for a wide range of requirements with minimal maintenance and a compact design.
- The Verderflex iDura10 is a compact and powerful industrial peristaltic pump that has been specially developed for precise dosing under demanding conditions.
- It is based on the proven Dura10 technology and is equipped with a frequency converter and hose breakage monitoring as standard, which ensures maximum process reliability and simple control.
- The integrated frequency converter enables infinitely variable speed control, allowing the iDura10's conveying capacity to be flexibly and precisely adapted to the respective process.
- Thanks to the short-coupled design, it requires significantly less floor space than conventional pumps and also extends the service life of the hose and gearbox.
- The fully enclosed pump hose can be changed without tools or clamps.
- With a choice of flange inserts made of stainless steel, PP or chemical-resistant PVDF, the iDura10 can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of media.
- With a maximum delivery pressure of up to 6 bar and a flow rate of 125 l/h, it is a robust, space-saving solution for precise and safe dosing in industrial applications.
- The iDura10 is available with both 1-phase and 3-phase motors, making it suitable for both flexible and professional environments.
