Product Description
- The Verderflex iDura7 is ideal for industrial applications in which abrasive, corrosive or shear-sensitive liquids need to be conveyed or metered, such as in water treatment, the chemical industry or food production.
- The iDura7 is suitable for a wide range of critical processes thanks to the media-contacting delivery exclusively via the pump hose.
- It can be equipped with various high-quality hose materials that are optimally matched to the respective medium: Natural rubber for abrasive slurries, nitrile rubber for oily and greasy media, CSM (Hypalon®) for highly corrosive substances.
- In conjunction with selectable flange inserts made of stainless steel, PP or PVDF, the iDura7 can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of operating conditions and guarantees maximum process reliability, chemical resistance and minimal maintenance in a compact design.
- The Verderflex iDura7 is a powerful yet compact industrial peristaltic pump for precise dosing with minimal space requirements.
- It combines the proven technology of the Dura7 with standard additional equipment such as a frequency converter and hose breakage monitoring to ensure safe and convenient operation.
- The integrated frequency converter enables infinitely variable speed control, allowing the iDura7's conveying capacity to be flexibly and precisely adapted to the respective process.
- The short-coupled design significantly reduces the footprint and at the same time increases the service life of the hose and gearbox.
- The specially developed pump hose can be changed without tools and without clamps. Flange inserts made of stainless steel, PP or chemical-resistant PVDF allow flexible use with different media.
- The iDura7 is available with a 1-phase or 3-phase motor - ideal for universal use or industrial requirements.
- With a delivery rate of up to 39 l/h and an operating pressure of 5 bar, it is the reliable choice for precise dosing under demanding conditions.
