Product Description
- The KKAS-F quick coupling is used in pneumatic systems where unintentional backflow of the medium must be prevented during disconnection, for example in distribution systems, machine modules or applications with stored compressed air.
- It is ideal for safety applications where the pressure in the pipe system must be maintained after disconnection.
- It can also be used in water-carrying systems, provided that temperatures do not exceed 40 °C.
- Its straight design and female thread connection make it easy to integrate into existing installations.
- The coupling is particularly suitable for confined installation spaces with high connection requirements.
- The KKAS-F quick coupling is a straight, lockable coupling socket with internal thread and integrated non-return function.
- The non-return valve ensures that the medium flow is automatically shut off when the connection is disconnected. This prevents pressure drops or leaks in the system and increases process reliability.
- The chemically nickel-plated brass housing and NBR seal ensure a durable and tight connection in compressed air and water applications.
- The socket can be operated without tools and is designed for repeated connection and disconnection.
