Product Description
- The SAMOA DF30 diaphragm pump is an air-operated double diaphragm pump for dosing, spraying, transferring and distributing a wide range of liquids.
- Ideal for applications with low flow rates.
- The wetted parts of the pump are also suitable for the most aggressive liquids and for use in corrosive environments.
- The air motor (pneumatic directional control valve and air chamber covers) is made of polypropylene.
- DF30T are double inlet pumps for mixing liquids of comparable viscosity in a 1:1 ratio.
- Both the starting fluids and the resulting mixture must be compatible with the pump's wetted materials.
- Fully groundable pumps with ATEX certification are available for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (Ex II2 GD IIB/IIC 95 ˚C).
- Recommended application:
- Solvents (most ketones, acetates, aldehydes, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons) and solvent-based paints and varnishes.
- Air motor - Polypropylene, PVDF or conductive acetal
- Push rod - stainless steel or Hasteloy
- Seals - PTFE, EPDM or Viton
