- The SMC LVA 2/2-way valve consists of a PFA body, a PPS actuator head, a PPS end plate and a PTFE diaphragm.
- The pneumatically operated valve for ultra-pure media used in the chemical industry is fitted with a threaded connection.
- The special diaphragm design ensures smooth opening and closing, preventing the formation of microbubbles.
- A special guide ring on the piston rod prevents lateral movement of the seat, which significantly extends the service life of the seal and reduces particle build-up.
