Product Description
- The KNA(G) nozzle from SMC is suitable for pulsed air-blow-off applications using compressed air in the manufacturing industry.
- It can be used for the removal of foreign matter over large areas and for cooling workpieces.
- The KNA plastic version can be combined with various SMC connectors, swivel connectors, versions with shut-off valves, distribution modules, as well as cleanroom and metal connectors.
- The KNAG stainless steel version is designed for blow-off applications in the food industry and is used with metal couplings or 316 stainless steel couplings.
- The KNAG stainless steel nozzle is also designed for higher media and ambient temperatures.
- The SMC KNA(G) nozzle for push-fit connections is designed in accordance with OSHA Standard 1910.242(B) and, thanks to its design, prevents the nozzle opening from becoming completely blocked.
- The KNA nozzle is made from PBT, whilst the KNAG nozzle is made from 316 stainless steel.
- The safety design limits the pressure even if the nozzle opening is touched or covered.
- The optimised nozzle design reduces compressed air consumption compared with a fan nozzle offering a comparable blowing range, whilst also reducing noise levels compared with a standard nozzle at the same dynamic pressure.
