Product Description
- The SMC KKP-L angled quick-connect coupling is used in industrial pneumatic systems where a mechanically secured connection is required, e.g. in production lines, machine modules, test systems or mobile workstations.
- It is ideal for applications involving medium to large hose diameters where reliability and safety are paramount.
- The quick-connect coupling is also suitable for water applications up to +40 °C (not frozen).
- It is particularly advantageous in applications involving movement or tensile stress and is compatible with polyurethane and nylon hoses.
- The SMC KKP-L angled quick-connect coupling with plug is a robust, straight coupling with a locking mechanism for secure connection in compressed air systems.
- The connector features a hose nozzle and locks securely into place when inserted; it is unlocked manually to disconnect.
- The housing is made of chemically nickel-plated brass and the seal is made of NBR, ensuring high resistance to compressed air and water as well as a reliable seal.
- Thanks to the integrated locking mechanism, the coupling is particularly suitable for applications subject to vibration or movement.
- The KKP-L is designed for frequent coupling and ensures a secure, leak-free connection.
