Product Description
  • The overflow / control valves of the 453 series offer reliable protection of pumps against overload in closed circuits for neutral and non-neutral, non-sticking liquids.
  • These overflow / control valves are ideal for regulating pressure systems for neutral and non-neutral gases and vapors and - depending on the seal - also for water vapor.
  • The valves of the 453 series are ideally suited for use in chemical plants, biogas plants, in test bench technology, in machine and apparatus construction, in shipbuilding and equipment, in desalination plants, offshore applications and in secondary areas in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries - and cosmetics industry.
Application
  • These overflow valves or control valves have been specially developed for complex applications, for example with large overflow quantities, viscous media or counter pressures that occur.
  • The bellows valve is made of counterpressure compensating stainless steel, so that any counterpressure acting on the outlet side does not affect the setting of the valve.
  • The compression springs are designed very precisely for the setting areas with the technically complex design of the functional parts in the flow area and in the housing.
  • As a result, these overflow valves guarantee unusually high flow rates with a very proportional control behavior.
