  • This adhesive and sealant is suitable for the elastic bonding and sealing of various materials in construction, industrial and automotive applications.
Description
  • Silanodur HD is an elastic, high-performance adhesive and sealant based on MS polymer, designed for bonding and sealing various materials such as metal, ceramics, glass, natural stone, wood, wood-based materials, and cement- and gypsum-based building materials.
  • The transparent adhesive is supplied in a 290 ml cartridge and is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications in a variety of weather conditions.
  • It is free from isocyanates, silicones and solvents, virtually odourless and adheres reliably even to slightly damp surfaces.
  • A skin forms after approximately 10 minutes, whilst curing at 23 °C and 55% relative humidity is approximately 2 mm in 24 hours.
  • The adhesive and sealant achieves an elongation at break of approx. 250%, a tensile strength of 2.4 MPa, a Shore A hardness of 45 and is temperature-resistant from −40 to +100 °C.
