- This catering cleaner is characterised by its powerful grease, oil and soot-dissolving properties, as well as its good dispersing action. It is also suitable for cleaning floors, walls, ceilings and work surfaces, cookers, boilers, extractor hoods, sinks and smoke ovens, etc., as well as alkali-resistant objects and surfaces. It is also suitable for use with high-pressure cleaning equipment. The catering cleaner can be used in concentrated form or diluted with water up to a ratio of 1:100. The cleaner has been tested for use in the food industry and is phosphate- and chlorine-free.
