Product Description
- The pneumatic pinch valve is the ideal valve solution for shutting off, dosing and regulating abrasive, corrosive and fibrous products.
- The valve can also be used with solids such as granulates, powders, pellets, chips, sand, cement, gravel, textile fibres, coal, fine glass splinters and liquids containing solids.
- The housing is made of aluminium, the flange is made of cast aluminium with a stainless steel bushing (the parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel). The valve is fitted with a sleeve made of abrasion-resistant natural rubber or EPDM.
- The valve is open in the rest position. The valve closes when the diaphragm is pressurised with a control medium.
- The valve offers a completely free passage, minimal frictional resistance and fast opening and closing. Energy consumption is minimal.
