Product Description
- The straight KQ2E bulkhead plug-in fitting is used to guide pneumatic hoses through housings, panels or walls and to establish a secure, tight connection.
- It is used in automation technology, mechanical engineering and in pneumatic control and supply systems in which hose lines have to be laid through sealed housings or mounting plates.
- They are particularly advantageous for space-saving installations where secure and clean passage of lines is required along with stable fastening.
- The tool-free plug-in assembly also facilitates maintenance and adjustments during operation.
- The straight KQ2E bulkhead plug-in fitting consists of high-quality materials such as POM for the pressure ring and precision-machined metal components made of brass, chemically nickel-plated brass or 303 stainless steel.
- The connection thread is supplied without factory thread sealing.
- The oval pressure ring significantly reduces the force required to insert and remove the hoses and ensures quick, tool-free installation.
- Fastening is simple by screwing on the union nut, which ensures stable and secure fixation.
- The precise workmanship guarantees permanently tight and reliable connections, even when the hoses are frequently reconnected.
