Product Description
- The straight plug-in screw connection KQB2S is used to attach pneumatic hoses to threaded connections in a space-saving and secure manner, especially where installation space is limited and no tools for external hexagon heads can be used.
- It is used in automation technology, mechanical engineering and in pneumatic control and supply systems with a compact design.
- They are particularly advantageous for use in control blocks, switch cabinets and confined machine modules where precise alignment and a tight connection are required.
- The straight plug-in screw connection KQB2S is made of high-quality chemically nickel-plated brass and precision-machined metal components made of 304 and 316 stainless steel.
- The connection thread is coated with a thread sealant at the factory.
- Their straight design with integrated hexagon socket allows direct connection of a pneumatic hose to a thread, even in very confined spaces.
- The fluorine-coated special FKM O-ring ensures a reliable seal on the thread.
- Tool-free assembly enables quick, secure and space-saving installation as well as quick adjustments and maintenance work.
- Thanks to precise manufacturing, the connections remain permanently tight and reliable, even with frequent reconnection.
