- The transport swivel castor with total lock is suitable for the temperature-resistant, mobile and secure positioning of transport equipment and operational facilities in high-temperature working areas.
- The transport swivel castor with total lock features a wheel made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide with a temperature-resistant tread made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide up to +280 °C, as well as a plain bearing for robust and heat-resistant running characteristics.
- The galvanised and chromated sheet steel housing is fitted with a double-row ball bearing in the yoke, enabling high manoeuvrability in internal transport applications.
- Mounting is via a mounting plate with dimensions of 104 x 80 mm, bolt hole dimensions of 76 x 56 / 84 x 64 mm and a bolt hole diameter of 9 mm.
- Depending on the model, the castor has a wheel diameter of 80 mm to 125 mm, a height of 106 mm to 154.5 mm and a load capacity of 100 kg to 175 kg with wheel widths of 30 mm to 38 mm.
- The integrated total lock allows the wheel and swivel ring to be locked simultaneously, ensuring the safe positioning of transport equipment and operational facilities in high-temperature working areas.
