Product Description
- The press is used in agricultural engineering and agricultural technology as well as in industry and process & conveyor technology. It is a versatile tool that is used in the manufacture of products and moulded parts as well as for pressing raw materials.
- Hose fittings and sleeves can be pressed quickly and easily with the low-pressure hose press. The hose press enables the production of custom-fit hoses for a wide range of applications such as fuels, oils, compressed air (pneumatics), hydraulic oil, refrigerants, water and gases as well as cooling lubricants (CNC technology).
- The hose press has a robust 6-jaw kinematic gearbox that ensures even force distribution. Crimping is possible up to a maximum pressure of 65 bar, which corresponds to the operating pressure of the hose, the fitting and the crimping sleeve.
- The hose press is suitable for sleeves made of various materials, including coated materials such as stainless steel, brass and aluminium. To ensure stability, the tube press can be bolted to the workbench as it has four mounting holes in the base plate.
