Product Description
- The press is used in agricultural engineering and technology, as well as in industry and process & conveying technology. It is a versatile tool used in the manufacture of products and molded parts, as well as in the pressing of raw materials.
- The low-pressure hose crimper is used to crimp hose fittings and sleeves easily and quickly. The hose press enables the production of precision-fit hoses for a wide range of applications such as fuels, oils, compressed air (pneumatics), hydraulic oil, coolants, water and gases as well as cooling lubricants (CNC technology).
- The hose crimper has a robust 6-jaw kinematic gearbox, which ensures an even distribution of force. Crimping is possible up to a maximum pressure of 65 bar, which corresponds to the operating pressure of the hose, the fitting and the ferrule.
- The hose press is suitable for sleeves made of various materials, including coated materials such as stainless steel, brass and aluminum. To ensure stability, the hose press can be bolted to the workbench, as it has four mounting holes in the base plate.
