Product Description
- The activated carbon adsorbers in the ACT series clean pre-dried compressed air reliably and efficiently down to a residual oil content ≤ 0.003 mg/m³ at an inlet temperature of 35 °C and an inlet pressure of 7 bar.
- These activated carbon adsorbers are compact, ready-to-connect units with a pre-installed secondary filter and are designed for volume flows of 0.5 m³/min to 250 m³/h.
- The activated carbon adsorber ensures reliable oil vapour separation with low pressure loss.
- There is a large selection of connections from 1/2" to 2 1/2" for use.
- The activated carbon adsorber has low-dust pressed activated carbon pellets.
- During use, the pre-dried compressed air flows through the container filled with high-quality activated carbon pellets from bottom to top.
- The oil aerosols and oil vapours as well as odours and flavours present in the compressed air are bound to the active surfaces of the highly porous activated carbon pellets; this produces a high-purity compressed air quality with a total oil content of class 0 to 1 (depending on the residual oil content in the liquid phase) in accordance with ISO8573-1:2010.
- The activated carbon adsorber is suitable for floor or wall mounting (ACT 05-60 only) and has a wall mounting bracket.
