Product Description
- The ADM modular adsorption dryers are highly efficient systems for drying compressed air.
- Adsorption dryers consist of two aluminium profile columns containing the optimum amount of desiccant.
- During use, compressed air flows slowly and alternately into both columns and is brought into contact with the desiccant, removing the moisture from the air.
- Switching between the two columns works with a preset optimum cycle time of 10 minutes.
- The Comprag ADM adsorption dryers, which utilise the ten-minute cycle time, only use an average of around 1% of the total purified air.
- Operation is fully automatic.
- At constant pressure, the pressure dew point is maintained at -40 °C for efficient drying.
- It is a high-quality desiccant with a high specific surface area.
- The purge air volume is controlled manually.
- Volume flow (measured according to ISO 7183) - 0.5 to 1.5 m3/min
