Product Description
- The Air Management System (AMS) with electro-pneumatic regulator is used in pneumatic systems that require intelligent pressure control and energy savings.
- It is particularly suitable for monitoring flow, pressure and temperature.
- The integrated status monitoring makes it ideal for use in production lines with a high degree of automation.
- The modular design makes it adaptable to different machine concepts.
- Its communication capabilities allow it to be used in smart manufacturing environments.
- The Air Management System (AMS) with electro-pneumatic regulator consists of a module with an integrated regulator, a display and electrical and pneumatic connections.
- The function includes a programmable standby and shutdown mode as well as automatic leakage measurement and pressure control with low air consumption.
- It has a modular design and features an IO-Link interface for easy integration into Industry 4.0 environments.
- Installation is either direct or via a connection kit.
- The Air Management System features a non-lockable residual pressure vent valve, which can be opened or closed without pressure, a selectable communication protocol (see list of variants) and an Air Management Hub with a selection function for units.
