Product Description
- The 2AM-NRV-89LL air motor offers a cost-effective solution to difficult drive problems and can be reversed in any mounting position.
- Air motor 2AM-NRV-89LL with 4 blades in oil-free design, which makes lubrication unnecessary.
- It works on the vane principle, the vanes are free to move in the rotor's sliding slots, which are manufactured with high precision.
- Essentially, the motor consists of the rotor with rotor shaft, housing, bearing cover, laminations, rolling bearing and sealing ring.
- In contrast to an electric motor, the air motor offers the advantage that it can be operated in a reversing mode without being damaged; it is also insensitive to dirt, moisture and aggressive media from outside.
- Due to the simple geometry of the individual parts and the safe energy supply, a high level of operational reliability is ensured; in contrast to an electric motor, maintenance costs are reduced.
- Depending on the speed, the operating pressure and the quality of the supplied compressed air, the blades reach an operating time of many thousands of hours; in case of wear, the blades automatically readjust.
