We ordered 2 brass locking cylinders, heavy-duty
and 2 of the same cylinder obtained with identical keys.

In our case this was not so bad because we wanted to use the cylinders only for our allotment.

If we had ordered, however, a cylinder for a neighbour, such a delivery would be a disaster.

Only fancy, the neighbour has the same (identical) flat key.
