Application

the calibration and the calibration certificate are drawn up by the calibration office (Landeseichamt or a state-approved testing laboratory) and as an official document is NOT transferable to scales of identical construction
Verification is required by EU Directive 2009/23 / EC when a balance is used in the following ways: in the course of business for price determination, for the manufacture of medicinal products and analysis in medical and pharmaceutical laboratories, for official purposes, in the manufacture of prepackaged products and in of medicine
the scope of the EU calibration covers all EU Member States
for the execution of the calibration, the indication of the installation site is necessary because u.a. Earth gravity has a significant impact on the accuracy of electronic scales, and it differs everywhere in the world
Please note that the calibration must be specified when ordering the balance, as a subsequent calibration is not possible
