Product Description
  • The coating thickness gauge is used in industry and in automotive workshops.
  • It is suitable for measuring non-magnetic coatings on magnetic (steel, iron, etc.) and non-magnetic metals (aluminium, brass, etc.).
Description
  • The digital coating thickness gauge combines the principle of magnetic induction for non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metals and the eddy current principle for non-magnetic coatings on non-magnetic metals.
  • The following non-magnetic layers can be measured: Aluminium, chrome, copper, rubber, varnish, paint, enamel, plastics.
  • The calibration block is used to adjust or correct the device, zero plate and adjustment foil included.
  • The scan mode enables continuous measurement data recording and display on the display, and the device display can also be set to 0.
  • The offset-accur function allows the device to be set precisely to the measuring range by means of a two-point calibration, thereby increasing precision.
  • The internal data memory has space for up to 99 values, and the internal mini-statistics function displays the measured value, average value, min and max values.
  • The device has an RS-232 data interface for connecting a printer, PC, etc.
  • The device is powered by 2 1.5 V AAA batteries (included) and is supplied in a robust carrying case.
  • The calibration certificate is available on request.
