Product Description
  • The INT STL 10-500 XDKC OF compressor is suitable for many industrial applications. It is used, for example, in plastics/metal processing (e.g. sealing air for fixtures), food processing
  • / packaging industry (automation, cleaning air) as well as for pressure maintenance in mixing and storage vessels, filling and packaging.
Application
  • The INT STL 10-500 XDKC OF compressor has an oil-free, direct-driven 2-cylinder industrial unit, with single-stage compression. It is equipped with a pressure switch, start-up relief, motor protection, pressure gauge, a safety and check valve and a YD switch.
  • The piston compressor has a robust design, conceived to withstand extreme conditions and high working pressures.
  • The efficient direct drive enables energy savings compared to belt drives. The very robust and heavy-duty, oil-free industrial power unit enables a duty cycle of 100% (continuous operation).
  • The attached refrigeration dryer improves compressed air quality and work results.
  • The rapid heating of the aluminum V-unit reduces condensate formation.
  • The large-dimensioned cooling fins in conjunction with a perfectly directed air flow from the fan wheel provide optimum cooling for the cylinder heads.
  • The very large filter area allows the intake filter to work highly efficiently.
  • The attached star-delta switch with operating hours counter limits the starting current.
  • The rubber swing elements supplied as standard ensure a quiet stand.
  • The high-quality materials ensure maximum reliability, first-class performance and durability.
  • In addition, the easily accessible parts with long maintenance intervals and useful service kits simplify maintenance.
  • The long service life is ensured by 15-year warranty against rusting through of the tank.
