Product Description
The FDM cylinder pressure regulator is suitable for precise pressure regulation when extracting technical gases from pressurised gas cylinders.
Thanks to its wide range of versions, it can be used for non-flammable gases such as air, oxygen, nitrogen, CO₂ or argon as well as for flammable gases such as acetylene, hydrogen, methane or natural gas.
Depending on the gas type and model, different pressure control ranges from 0 to 1.5 bar up to 200 bar or flow ranges up to 50 l/min are provided.
The respective connections comply with the DIN 477 standard so that the FDM can be used universally for industrial applications, laboratory environments or welding technology.
Description
The FDM cylinder pressure reducer in accordance with DIN EN ISO 2503 (formerly DIN EN 585) is manufactured in a robust pressed brass design and equipped with two pressure gauges for displaying the cylinder content and working pressure.
The pressure gauges are also fitted with protective caps for protection.
The cylinder pressure reducer can be used in a temperature range from -20 °C to +60 °C and is supplied as standard with a shut-off valve, pressure gauge and, in some cases, a flow meter.
