Product Description
- Elastomer expansion joints - PN 10/16
- Design: Flat corrugated, compression-moulded rubber bellows, highly elastic with pressure carrier made of synthetic fibre and wire-reinforced rubber flange collar (self-sealing), steel flanges rotatable on both sides
- Materials - bellows: EPDM (resistant to hot water, acids and alkalis), flanges: RSt 37.2 electrogalvanised
- Temperature range - up to max. +90°C (depending on operating pressure)
- Operating pressure - 16 bar (up to +50°C), 10 bar (up to +80°C), 6 bar (up to +90°C), burst pressure: 48 bar (With intermittent loads, the max. operating pressure is 30 % lower)
- Connection - DIN flanges PN 16
- Axial pressure - 20 to 45 mm
- Axial extension - 10 and 15 mm
- Pressure stage - 10 and 16 bar
- Length - 100 to 200 mm
- Flange thickness - 16 to 25 mm
- Outer diameter - 115 to 445 mm
- Clearance size - 22 +/-2 to 312 +/-5 mm
